When looking at our aggregated platform stats, buyers from all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and over 100 countries have visited our customers’ digital sales rooms. To further personalize the buying experience, our platform is now I18N compatible, which enables us to support multiple languages.
According to the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C):
Internationalization is the design and development of a product, application or document content that enables easy localization for target audiences that vary in culture, region, or language.
Internationalization is often written in English as i18n, where 18 is the number of letters between i and n in the English word.
Based on customer feedback, we are initially rolling out German and Spanish (Spain) to the buyer experience of our virtual sales room offering.
Customers simply select the desired language from the dropdown to update room buttons, prospect-facing emails, and customer-facing emails into the preferred language.
Virtual room templates can also be set to a specific language, making it easier for sales to create and share digital rooms in the buyer’s preferred language.
