Enable Us supports out-of-the-box CRM integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Digital sales rooms (DSR) provide rich insight into buyer behavior and engagement. By marrying this data with information in your CRM, sales representatives have better intelligence into which deals are more likely to close and which may be at risk. 

That’s why we’re thrilled to add Microsoft Dynamics 365 to our list of out-of-the-box CRM integrations including HubSpot, Salesforce, and PipeDrive. A Growth or Enterprise plan is required for this integration.

Through this integration, sales can easily build rooms for any opportunity, contact, and account, as well as send customer testimonials requests.  Activities and contact data can also be pushed from the DSR into Microsoft Dynamics, streamlining existing sales processes and augmenting existing reports: 

  • Sales Activity Reporting: View how sales are using digital sales rooms by adding activities, such as room creation or editing, to team dashboards
  • DSR Impact: Use room activities, such as when a room is visited or a link shared, in deal/opportunity reports to see how rooms impact your sales cycle
  • View Room Visitor Notifications: Within the CRM, view notifications when visitors access your rooms, enabling sales representatives to respond more quickly, formulate a strategy for next steps, or to support customer onboarding
  • Automatically Add Room Visitors to Your CRM: For room visitors not currently in your CRM, their contact information will be automatically created in your CRM
